Promontory - 4oz *As the patriarch of the Beehive family of cheeses, Promontory is an Irish-style cheese with buttery, full-bodied texture and snappy, citrus-like fruity notes. Our Milk *Beehive Cheese company sources milk from Wade's Dairy. The dairy is ten miles northwest of Beehive Cheese nestled between the Weber River and the mineral-loaded marshy fields of the Great Salt Lake.
