100% truffles that have been dehydrated losing about 80% moisture. From 5 grams of fresh truffles we obtain 1 gram of dehydrated truffles. Each 15 gram jar yields 75 grams of fresh truffles. With our patented dehydrating method, truffles can be preserved for 24 months at room temperature without a change in flavor profile, shrinkage or oxidation. The new technique is based on a freeze drying process made in a vacuum room which removes all moisture, the primary reason for fast deterioration. These dehydrated truffles do not contain any preservatives or flavorings.
