Thus, we obtain highly digestible oven products that recall the flavors of the past, of handmade taralli. The flour is processed with white wine, oil and salt, until the dough becomes elastic. They are then prepared with the mixture of sticks a finger long and formed donuts, which are SIMPLY boiled and bake for about 25 minutes, until you reach the typical golden color. Finally, the Taralli are packaged during the day to preserve the fragrance and freshness of the freshly baked product.
