This fully cooked venison pate is hearty coarse textured and flavored with apricots, hazelnuts and Burgundy wine. It makes a superb appetizer. Left over pate can be wrapped in plastic film and kept refrigerated for up to 7 days or even frozen for longer conservation. Comes in a 3.5Lb-loaf.
