Product Description & Reviews
The Pasilla Chili is the most commonly used dried chili in Mexico. It has a medium level of heat, and combines the flavors of tobacco, prunes and sun-dried raisins for a fruity flavor. The pods can be stuffed or the seeds can be used ground or toasted in a great variety of typical Mexican dishes, such as "Mixiotes" "Mole Poblano" and "Revoltijo"; as well as in many sauces and soups. It is traditional in Mexico and the Caribbean. Badia strives to be the strongest ethnic line of spices in the marketplace, with the most competitive prices and an exceptional selection of products for consumers to choose from.
