Use in any recipe that calls for shortening. Ingredients: Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Corn Syrup Solids, Sodium Caseninate, and Mono and Diglycerides. Allergens: Contains soybean products. Processed in a plant that handles milk, wheat, egg, soybean, peanut and tree nut products. Directions: To obtain optimum texture: Add 1 Tbsp water to 1 tbsp Shortening Powder. Mix well. For moistness, add small amount of water until desired texture is reached. For added flavor and texture, add small amounts of vegetable oil.
