Under meticulous control the Ham is cured for 18 months to obtain the delicate flavor and incomparable aroma of a perfect Serrano Ham. One of the special characteristics you will find on this ham, is the low salt content, producing a tender moist texture although it is cured for 18 months, allowing you to appreciate all the noble tastes of the ham, making it even healthier! This ham needs to be cut by machine, not by knife, in delicately thin slices for better appreciate its texture and aroma.
