At the end of the 1960s, Bill went travelling in America and brought back to his brother the fabulous granola he had come across on the West Coast, where the wholefoods movement was in full swing. It was the starting point for Jordans Cereals and the Countryside Commitment. Jordans Natural Muesli - a fuss-free muesli. Simplicity is at its best when this natural recipe begins with a blend of British wholegrain oats, wheat flakes and barley, for a natural creamy taste and texture. The Brazil nut slices and whole hazelnuts add a satisfying crunch, whilst the sultanas, raisins and dates give a mildly fruity finish. All this and no added salt or sugar: splendid.
