EATING TIPS: - Tualang Honey is much stronger than other honeys. People not used to consume honey can start with lighter choice (Red & Yellow) at the beginning. Once body adapted to Tualang Honey, people can start consume stronger choice (Black & Gold), depending on your therapy need. Recommend alternate dosing between lighter choice and stronger choice in every 2-3 month cycle. - For Red Honey, suggest direct oral 1 teaspoon every morning & night. Adjust to 4 teaspoons daily at maximum if need. - No fridge storage is required under temperate environment. - If honey is crystallised & consistency hard, warm to soften. - Do not mix honey with water > 60°C to avoid damage to nutrients & medicinal values. - Do not use metal tools for honey consumption or storage to avoid oxidation effect. - Not suitable for infant aged < 1 year old or people have honey allergy.
