Our experience has made us a leader in the manufacturing of one of the most difficult of all cheeses to produce. Our Swiss cheese is characterized by its golden color and sweet, nutty Swiss flavor. To ensure we meet our customers unique specifications, cheese is graded in three areas: Initial, Final and Table. Table We cut our 100 pound blocks into 7 pound RWT sandwich cuts, 16 pound RWT high cut loaves and/or profiled cuts for efficient slicing. Each cut is individually graded before being packaged and shipped to our customers.
